Cycling to the rescue
Pre-order our new casual tee in the Super Future Females range, designed uniquely for IRIS by illustrator Pip Claffey.
Pip Claffey is a freelance illustrator, print maker and avid bike rider. Working from her little home studio in the North West of England, she makes fun, colorful and personal illustrations. Pip often integrates her personal passion for riding bikes into her artwork so she was a natural choice for our next Super Future Females collaboration.
The result is a superheroine cyclist that knows exactly where she is heading to; cycling to the rescue and using her powers to make the world of women’s cycling a better place!
“When the opportunity came up to illustrate a T-shirt for I R I S and the Super Future Females project, I was thrilled to be part of such a good cause. I like to have some humour in my work and when I read the brief the superhero pose on a bike seemed like the natural approach! I’m really pleased with how the illustration turned out.
Also, the prospect of the inaugural 2021 Paris-Roubaix Femmes is hugely exciting!!” – Pip
