We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days after delivery took place. Returned shipments are on customer account. We will issue a replacement or refund less the cost of reshipping. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original packaging.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. Returns from outside of the Netherlands can be returned to us via a local carrier. We recommend using a carrier that can track and insure your package as I R I S – I Ride In Style cannot be responsible for lost items.
