We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days after delivery took place. Returned shipments are on customer account. We will issue a replacement or refund less the cost of reshipping. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original packaging.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and include your name and order number. Returns from outside of the Netherlands can be returned to us via a local carrier. We recommend using a carrier that can track and insure your package as I R I S – I Ride In Style cannot be responsible for lost items.
We do not accept returns outside of the European Union.
If you prefer to exchange your item for another size or color, we’re happy to help! Simply send back your item on the address below and add a note with your name, order number and what new size/color you would like. Please note, exchanges are available for items of the same style only. If you’d like to exchange for a different item (Jersey for Bibs, or Long sleeve Jersey for Short Sleeve Jersey), please send in your order as a return and purchase the item you’d like on the website.
We only offer exchanges within the EU.
Because of the exclusivity of our collection, we cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.
